I agree. After all, just because their parents are apparently exceptional individuals, it doesn't necessarily mean their kids are guaranteed to somehow be the same.

As far as I can see Far Cry 3 is the real Single Player shooter competitor of Halo 4 this year across-the-board: technological as well as gameplaywise.

Yea, I clearly missed that. It's hard to tell what videos to watch when everyone is jizzing all over every little bit of material related to the game.

It honestly depends on how good the pistol is. If it's as good as the Reach sidearm, then it could be sorta a big deal.

Are any of the Call of Duty dressings in objective types, or did they leave those alone?

Well it is Halo, so the Jizzing is justified :)

I did hear back at comicon, that one of the devs said it would be weaker, but impressions incoming from PAX will verify.. no idea on the objective changes, but there is a panel at PAX tomorrow, so more info there i hope.

I just wonder how this flag-weapon-ability works when you dont carry a small weapon with you?!

And reloading should take you longer with only one free hand!

Also, neogaf users confirmed the Sentry Gun (an Armor Ability like Jetpack, Hardlight Shield etc.). They will release pics later.
Autosentry is a stationary bot that shoots at enemies, fairly powerful. Vulnerable while deploying. Lasts about 30 sec, easily destroyed. - TimeGlitch
Another thing:

The orange glowing "ball" at the end in the small trailer, was the new "Pulse Grenade". It's a Promethean EMP grenade. Like a smaller version of the Power Drainer from halo 3.

Auto sentries were confirmed in like the first leak. That's one of my hangups: None of the impressions we have of this game include a complete set of armor abilities or specializations. Not that I usually put much faith in hyped up pre-release impressions to begin with.

I really want to see the rest of the AA. I'd like to know when the MLG is going to develop their ruleset too. I'm guessing that the pre-release tourny will be mostly vanilla settings.

Then you better don't worry about the other stuff coming, lol. One last AA...if the leaks are true. I believe it was shown (not directly) in the UNSC Weapons trailer already. The "Field Generator".

Is it me, or does that map look straightup like something out of Final Fantasy 9? I know I'm not crazy. In fact, it might be downright identical in everyway. Man, I gotta confirm this.

    Driftwood @Blackninja: je doute qu'ils osent modifier ce genre de choses, car le jeu original n'était pas construit sur de telles mécaniques. Avec un remake, tu dois penser aussi aux fans de la première heure. (il y a 7 Heures)
