My only problem is the lack of fog on 343 Guilty Spark, otherwise the new graphical overlay really brings Halo 1 visually (almost) up to date without destroying the feel of the original levels. I also like all the extras on top of the original game, though it sounds as skulls won't as fun as those in Halo 3/Reach.

The only thing that could be wrong with this edition is framerate I'm afraid, I hope it'll be solid...

Has anyone read Halo Primordium yet? Amazing book (although not for everyone I guess), but holy shit did the ending get me hyped for Halo 4.

Two things can be concluded about the game: there will be Forerunners and there will be Flood.

i think this was discussed only a few pages ago.

Gameplay-wise I hate them, too. The way they set up the lore background it only makes sense for the Flood to appear in Halo 4, but I would love if they became something more than bullet sponges

Bullet Sponges? You can one-shot those guys, you know. Does take a bit 'o skill. Maybe that's why they don't bother me. Now, the Brutes in H2, THEY were bullet sponges, but you could shoot their heads too (not in one shot, but much faster)...

I got my first look at Halo 4 at the Xbox 360 Spring Showcase and as a long time fan of the series; I was instantly blown away with the visual improvements that 343 made to the franchise. The lightening is the biggest showcase of that with environments are brought to life with the new engine 343 have designed. The environmental improvements are highly superior to the original games.
