Absolutely true. Lots of people grabbed them at no cost. Myself and Phaethon both can confirm that.

Harvest is the best new map, and that's only because it has 3 rocks ideal for camping. Sitting on these rocks gives you the perfect perch to kill people with the DMR without fear of reprisal.

Wreckage would be alright if it didn't have so many places that look like entrances that are just dark shadows of a wall, or places that you think you can jump up but can't.

Shatter should be renamed Shitter.

In short I would be very upset if I'd paid for these maps.

Uh.. it appears if you've entered the specialization code, Halo 4 seems to be giving the Crimson Map Pack out to people for free.

Oooh boy. People who don't get this for free are going to be sorta pissed. People who paid for it are going to be pissed too. I'm going to sit back and laugh. :D

I guess I'll check out the new maps after all.

well.. that's pretty much it, my arsehole is sore from the recent halo madness.

But if i'm a whore i doubt i would see its flaws, same with reach, love the game, but so many fucking flaws.. starting with Armour abilitys, if you play the ani maps there amazing fun.. because all the shit is turned off.

That's not really the same thing. Those betas are never actually locked to pre-orders. They just guarantee access. I don't think that's quite the same as paid content.

I mean sure, people were still pissed, but that's because they're stupid. It's like people who actually bought MoHW for the BF4 beta. There will absolutely be alternative access.

Point is seems to be that the standard launch day version has all the goodies the LE version had, shit if i knew this i would not of bought it.

To be fair ever since that Halo 3 legendary edition everything else has been shit in comparison.

Yeah, and I'm not really buying it. I want to see what happens on the 18th. I don't know if they even have the proper systems in place to repeal it from the users who already have it on their devices. And it's clearly a load of shit.

Right. This was a promotion. A promotion they did not tell anyone about. Including most of the folks at Microsoft. Ya know, all of those folks who flipped out on day one and said, "Oh, if you got it by mistake, it's on us!"
