Since 6135 DaysThe main gameplay feature that makes this series super fun is the traversal games is FUN. No boring ass car or horse rides! I am launching myself in the air with the ICE LAUNCHER and then using static thrusters to stay in the air and not only that I can grind on the electricity cables and train tracks. It just never gets old IMO and it makes RDR, Mafia 2, GTA all obsolete
The missions so far are pretty awesome, having Nix or Kuo on your side makes things fun and gives it a co-op feeling. I just love this series, this is the reason why I bought a PS3.
I can't believe how much Sucker Punch has improved since the PS2 days. I bought Sly 2 cause of hype and was so disappointed by it. But these infamous games the best new IP Sony has created, so much fun! Just in 2 days I have reached flood town and I am totally addicted.
Problems with infamous:
The monsters that throw balls of poison have aimbot aiming
Sound direction is poor (mediocre voice acting, poor sound effects, lack of ambient sounds)
Frame rate takes a dive when effects goes off (bad FPS hurts the experience IMO, does this run better on 720p?)
The art direction could be better.
Since 6135 DaysReally looking forward to downloading the DLC tomorrow evening, I haven't beaten a game this quickly since Half Life 2 back in the day, I just love this series!!!
For the next one I hope Sucker Punch: improves mission quality and design and focuses more on writing (the twist towards the end of the first was really awesome) however the story in infamous 2 is rather predictable with no twists or turns
