The Experiment

I can't help but think of that other movie, where a group of people are trapped in a mansion and the last one to live gets released with a case of money, only to find they are released into another mansion filled with a bunch of people with cases of money. lol.

What was that movie?
The World's Economy, or something.

And the mouth on those kids, their parents must me proud having them curse alot.

I thought Super 8 was decent at best.

yeah, it didn't resonate even a bit, for me.

I think the director was trying to be something other than himself, which made it feel goofy and nongenuine.

What a piece of garbage.

Half Star out of 5

That half star is only cause of that woman's ass, but oh God her acting was atrocious.

Cowboys & Aliens: Very simple movie, and the star power wasn't really enough to make it interesting. That said, you get what they advertise, cowboys versus ugly aliens.

Kung Fu Panda 2: Liked the first a lot, and this one was about as good except the fight scenes weren't quite as memorable. More interesting story though.

Your Highness: Danny McBride can deliver low brow humor so well. It's like a medieval American Pie. I don't know what to tell you, I laughed.

The Hangover Part 2: Should never have been made. The same movie as the first with worse jokes. There's like one laugh per half hour of movie. Will not watch a Part 3 if they made one.

Rare export, loved it :D
not the comedy people say it is, but it has moments, like the father who is not phased what so ever his 8 year old kid has a double barrel shotgun on his back going to bed..

hey, before I make the same mistake with Fear and Loathing as I did with Natural Born Killers, is there any advice as to which copy NOT to get?
Or better yet, is there an ultimate awesome-there will be no better- DVD edition?

I have a notion that my DVD player wouldn't be compatible with a multi-layered book.
I'll just go on my first instinct then - http://www.amazon.com/Fear-Loathing-Vegas-Criterio...

Yeah, one of my favorites as well, great performances by an all star cast and one hell of a script!

Limitless was ok (better than Captain A, Thor, and the Green L). I would give it a 6.5 out of 10. It did a good job of having a lot of little hints across the movie. It wasn't super deep and while the twist was nice the resolution to it felt rushed/anti-climactic (hey, I got all my pills back after the twist!). The end was predictable, but a nice way to end it.

Plan to see The Adventures of Tintin next week (I am surprising my boys and taking them out... heard the movie was good), thought about seeing MI:4 as it has a 95% at RottenTomatoes and I keep reading stuff like, "So preposterously entertaining that it makes watching other recent Hollywood action spectacles feel like work."

I shall add my foot to that equation. How dare you Man.

I should also say that Tintin is in fact pretty good.

Eh, I didn't like Tintin either in those days, mainly for it's quality "not-American shit from your pants" animation.

Kinda wierd you put the Pink Panther in the same frame as Paddington Bear and all that. not even closely related.
