Also from the looks of it jiraiya isn't done!!! 100% translated chapter. It seems like he right now has a standard he's trying to live up to and is intent on finishing the fight like the previous hokages would or refuse to give up no matter what similar to Naruto.

Since 6545 DaysAlso, does anyone actually believe that this is really the end of Itachi? I believe that this is just another dopplerganger like before and that Sasuke's search will continue. Actually, i think all of the Akatsuki are like that. Just full power "copies" of the originals that are being held by Pein or Zetsu somewhere secret.

Itachi brings up the name of another Uchiha who was also involved in the murder of the clan, Uchiha Madara
Sasuke then taunts Itachi to use the Mangekyou on him
Itachi explains that the Mangekyou is are eyes that control the Nine-tails at the cost of one's eyesight
And then reveals that Madara was the first person to awaken the eyes, thus ending the chapter.

Since 6545 DaysAlso, Itachi made it seem like killing your best friend and stealing your brothers eyes was pretty common in the Uchia clan. Shouldn't someone outside the clan have noticed that ... Bob stopped coming to the meetings and that his older brother somehow got hazel eyes instead of the brown he had last week? What about Kakashi, does his mangekyo sharingan degrade his eyesight or was he just bluffing before? It isn't his original eye and thus meets that that requirement but he made it seem like he was loosing sight in that eye in an earlier chapter.
Another thing, does this mean that Pein is actually Madara using this unseen eye technique? Maybe that's what Jiraiya figured out.

Since 7140 DaysItachi has lost his cool and that = bad. Sasuke right now has every right to kick the living shit out of Itachi. I was holding onto the hope that Itachi didn't really kill the Uchiha clan or actually had some good intentions in him, but now sadly that isn't the case.
I suspect there is a way to achieve the Mangekyou Sharingan WITHOUT killing as Itachi claims. I suspect Sasuke may gain a eternal Mangekyou during this fight. I get the feeling that Kakashi (since he has the eye of another Uchiha) will somehow achieve this eternal Mangekyou or may even have it right now.
It's very possible that the Sharingan may fully align itself with Kakashi's body no longer causing him to get tired easily and he will become far more powerful as a result. I suspect Kakashi will soon achieve Hokage level of power as I suspect something big is on the way for Kakashi and it has everything to do with that Sharingan in he has. I don't think he'll start going blind as a result of having it.
Itachi claims that Madara is a shell of his former self.. I just don't know about that. The new doujutsu Itachi spoke about must refer to whatever it is Madara is doing to never get touched.
I wonder how did Madara remain alive... I suspect he has Obito's body and that is why he only seems to have one eye exposed. He somehow switched bodies to another uchiha (Obito) to avoid dying when he lost to the first. I wonder... how Madara will react once he sees Yamato's abilities.
Sasuke still has a secret technique that he was about to use and Orochimaru grabbed his hand saying it was too early for him to use it or something like that.

Just imagine what Madara will think the very moment he sees that yamato can use the First's techniques?
