Maybe it's just me being a whiny bitch but temple of anubis, lucio. 2 takedowns = silver medal. Team writes GG after the 45 second long game. I feel like uninstalling the game.

Was it really 45 seconds? That's impressive. I think 1:35 is my best Temple of Anubis time.

Also: it's always the shittiest player on the team that talks trash.

Maybe not 45 seconds, i didn't keep track but it was by a WIDE margin the shortest match i've ever seen.

I know i'm not good at the game. I see players play it well and i know i'm nowhere near that level. I still end up with a majority of gold and silver medals. I mean i have almost 3 times more gold and silver medals than i have bronze, and though some of those come from chugging with Roadhog, i still feel like i try my best to contribute to the games i play. And i rarely complain or rage at my team. I get it out on here instead, lol :P

I was just saying.. it's always the guy getting carried that says stuff like "ez" in chat. I'm pretty good at tuning that shit out. You have to if you play online games. You play MOBAs. You should be immune to this shit by now. And I'll admit that I am sorta a notorious shit-talker in Battlefield, but I only really get into it with people who start shit. I sometimes tear into shitty players for calling hacks.

People are annoying though. I had a guy in a lobby yesterday that said "get memed" after every win. He's a terrible person.

I remember a time when Penny Arcade was actually funny, and not just self referential masturbatory in-jokes.

That aside, i think the kill cam is a good thing. If you use it to learn from your mistakes, rather than rage at you getting killed.

I think the PA comic is mostly about other games than OW, but it felt applicable still

Jsut got placed on a team mid game. 1 sec objective time got me a silver medal. Whya re my teammates alsways so goddamn retareded?

And again the matcha after. Entire team is completely mongoloid. Like i seriously think they all had severe downs syndrome. Everyone picks DPS. Everyone. I pick Reinhardt because you know...to defend we need more than a full team of Hanzos. I ask that someone support, or at least pick a tank so taht i can support. Not a single answer. I pick Mei and exact my revenge.

yeah the ability to join a team mid-match kinda confuses me
Usually that is the worst situation to join into. Often it means the team you're joining is getting rolled currently

I honestly think they looks boring though. Never understood why gold weapons were a thing. I'd rather have a cool skin, with you some actual work put in to it, or alternate weapon models :P

There definitely will be, I spent the best part of Monday morning watching people pay Maximillian Dood $40 over and over again to open loot crates.

Blizzard is obviously aware of the crazy following Overwatch has, and the best way to capitalise on more cash is skins and unlocks.

To be honest.. golden guns are kinda tacky in a game that's bursting with so much great design.

Those aren't really the comp rewards I was hoping for. The screenshot of D.Va with gold arms looks kinda dumb. And since they're competition rewards, everyone that earns them is going to be compelled to wear them. It's going to make the game look worse across the board. It's not as bad as the customization in other recent games (COD, DOOM), but it's pretty bad.

Yeah I was hoping they'd get real wild with some new designs admittedly. Golden guns are pretty underwhelming
