I watched enough shitty Blizzcon floor gameplay to have a pretty good idea of how to play her already, but I'll hop on PTR.

She's a high DPS flanker. Her role should overlap with Tracer and Genji, but she brings some interesting support options to the fight. Using the translocator to fight around hacked health packs is a pretty simple tactic. Using stealth and/or the translocator to break lines and disable tanks is going to be a pretty nifty trick. Poor Reinhardt.

I don't think it will counter him so hard that he'll be a bad pick. She's not going to be able keep his shield down all round, but it will definitely lead to some big plays. I think I was right about D.Va. She seems to be a pretty good pick in a fight against Sombra. Especially with her buffs. Her mech is so tough now. She's a total brawler.

Mei too. I was just 1v1ing some dude Mei vs. Sombra and I don't know if he was just bad but he could not kill me.



I love this skin. The blonde one is cool too.

Yeah Mei seems like a pretty solid opponent from what I can tell so far
Freeze and the icicle shot takes her down

She'll be great at nullifying certain combos that would pop up sometimes in Casual
Her Day of the Dead skin is my fav personally

Speaking of casual - single heroes there now too!
I haven't tried all the new modes yet, or seen the new map
Feels like the OW overall game just keeps getting even more filled out. It's awesome

Yeah.. I'm a little bummed that the new loot box bonuses are for the arcade, since I probably won't play it too much. I wouldn't even mind a longer season break to be honest, but I understand why they're keeping it short. The game loses players in the "off season". I know I was going to use that time to play other games.

Mei isn't as good of a spy-check as I maybe though she would be, since her spray has a fairly short range, but she does seem to have an upper hand 1v1.

Sombra isn't punchy enough. She doesn't do her job as a flanker half as well as Tracer and Genji can.

I think she needs to do more damage. I'm finding her pretty easy to 1v1 with... everyone.

Just played her against bots, but tbh i don't really see what makes her kit strong? I guess i felt like that about Ana to begin with as well, but i've come around to liking her now. Like the arcade modes though, elimination is a fun tard mode to play when you can't be arsed with real games :)

Disabling character abilities is pretty strong utility.. but I don't feel like she's strong enough in combat as a DPS character.

After playing a few mystery duels, i now understand why it's o hard to win games in pubs. People are complete mongoloids. I mean, they literally don't know how to play the characters. Any of them. Last game i jsut rekt a guy 4 rounds straight, and then he quit. Wish i was good enough to play at a higher MMR where i didn't have to see that kind of scrublord :(

Got Zen for one duel. The guy never gave me the discord orb even once, same guy with mei didn't know how to shoot icicles. He just stood on the other side of the map spraying in my general direction wile i gave him a frosty brain piercing. They should force you to sit through a mandatory course on how to play the game before you are allowed online :P

I wonder how long before there's some combo for Sombra to take advantage of though?

I like that she'll reset popularlized ult combinations, and character combinations
How many times do you see Bastion and Rein riding on top of the payload

Liking the 3v3 mode quite a bit.

Also remember you can now unlock the Oni Genji skin by playing 15 games of heroes of the storm with a friend. Doing this against easy bots counts and then every game takes about 5-10 minutes.

Liking the 3v3 mode quite a bit.
It's very good. Completely different pacing and meta vs. the other game types.

I don't think I expected them to implement a mode so different from the regular playlist. I'm glad they did.

Sombra is still kinda meh.

I'm having more fun with 1v1 than I expected. Random heroes doesn't really appeal to me, but the inherent balance does. Plus it's a good way to polish up some characters I don't play much. Had a few really fun games this afternoon. The arcade was a really great addition to the game. Sombra is a pretty fun duel :D

3v3 is still my favorite. It's great.

Can you do custom games on Ecopoint? I didn't check. Would be nice for custom duels and 3v3 games. That'd be nice for running fun custom games with smaller groups.

The game continues to mature. Me likey.

The only part that sucks with 1v1 is that some heroes are just awful for that mode. Torbjörn, Bastion, Symetra spring to mind. Always ends up as a retarded camping match that goes to a draw unless someone gambles on a suicide run.

What I hate about skillful Lucio play is that no one believes it exists.

I want Lucio to be the best guy on the team. I just also want the DPS players to be able to compensate for his DPS output :P

Somehow the most popular and most underrated character in the game.
