FC2 got some DLC pack that has 3 new weapon, 2 new vehicles and 5 maps and it costs 5€. Haha I wonder who is actually going to pay for that at PC... you can get maps, mods and stuff for free.

Ugh, disgusting.

I am ok if the content is actually good and adds tons of stuff like expansion packs but this is MP maps and some new weapons, so lame.

I should have purchased HAWX for $29.99. But Killing Floor is pre-orderable for $15 and it looks like a doomy good time. Looks to blend some of my favorite franchises together into a six player co-op title.

I just purchased Killing Floor and Defense Grid: The Awakening. Steam deals are killing me. Valve knows how to get me to buy games.

I got the Defense Grid too. I should pre-order Killing Floor, it looks really interesting. Ye I have bought some cheap games from Steam too. I can't say no to cheap game that is actually good too. Now if only I had time to play all the games I have bought :p

I am playing the demo currently on those night time missions and I have to say I feel a bit bored already. I'll try to complete the demo and see if it gets better.

There started to be a bit more variation on enemies and plants. I was having more fun and then the demo ended heh. Time limited demos... oh well I checked out a bit more about the game and it seems to have pretty much different plants and zombies. Might not be as bad as the first impressions were for me. Still too much other stuff to do that I would buy it right now but maybe later.

I quite enjoy it.. though it is a little on the easy side. Even as the game gets more difficult, I'm not sure you can actually lose. The lawnmower pops up to save your ass if the zombies get too close. It's still a fun game, I think it's probably the best original Popcap game I've played period.

It sure is more thought provoking than Peggle. And in terms of tower defense (flower defense!), I think there's simply more to it than defense grid.

Its an amazing game for sure. Play for one hour, leave the game, and 15 minutes later you go back :P

The adventure mode isn't very hard, but couple mini games were quite hard to get gold medal, as beat survival modes.

Not bad.. $25 is a pretty good price for WAW. Despite all of the hate it/Treyarch gets, it's not a terrible game. I mean.. sure it's not as good as Call of Duty 4.. but it's a fun little distraction from Modern Warfare. It also has some great guns, the rifles are great, the Thompson and PPSh are awesome.. and.. the STG44 is close to godlike in this game. It just needs to do a hair more damage to stay compeditive with the SMG's in CQC.

It's too bad that they haven't had COD4 on sale yet. I know some people who would definitely jump in late (hella late) if it were to drop under $40. Also, Sam & Max is fucking awesome too.

I've yet to play anything more than the demo for COD4. Would consider hopping onto the bandwagon for -$25. Quite annoyed that they've kept the price up for this long.

Blame Activision I guess. They know a winner when they see one. When the game continues to sell at its current price.. they have very little motive to drop it. That said, it did finally drop $10, and it's still a pretty awesome value at $40, even with MW2 only six months out. There's plenty of content there to keep you entertained for hundreds of hours if you let it.

I think I'll just skip the CoD offer. I rather spent the 25€ towards the new game this year.

Btw the plants vs zombies game is pretty awesome now. Areas 3 and 4 are insanely good. So many plants to pick up and use. First area boring, after that awesomeness.

Truth be told, even though I'm sure it's an amazing game, I've not really felt the pull to buy it. And I doubt I'll get MW2 :/
I think I've had my fill of realistic war FPS games for the next few years. If there was a game to change that it might be the next Ghost Recon. But now I'm just going off topic.

I've been on the fence with Plants Vs Zombies. I do enjoy a good tower defence game but what separates PvZ from the others?
Ooh there's a demo. I'll give it a go myself.
