It's not really a surprise anymore, but the remaster of Assassin's Creed: Rogue has been announced for PS4 and Xbox One, with the higher end versions of these consoles getting the full 4K treatment of course. Assassin's Creed: Rogue is pretty much Assassin's Creed 4.5, not that it's a bad thing!

Continuing the American saga of the franchise, Assassin's Creed: Rogue is ready to hit Xbox 360 and PS3 tomorrow which will allow you to control an Assassin-turned-Templar.

Here comes this brand new trailer of Assassin's Creed: Rogue, revealing a bit more of the story. The game is placed between Black Flag and AC3, as shown by a few old "friends" in the video.
"Small" detail, the trailer also announced a PC version for early 2015.

It comes as no surprise to many of you, Assassin's Creed: Rogue has been formally announced by Ubisoft. The title will fill the gap between Black Flag and ACIII as you play Shay Patrick Cormac, an Assassin who became a Templar. The naval gameplay returns and you'll be able to explore the North Atlantic, Appalachian River Valley and a revisited New York. It will be out on November 11th for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
