Horizon Forbidden West will welcome a brand new adventure in the form of an exclusive DLC that will only be available on PlayStation 5. This way, it will allow Guerilla Games to push the graphics and smoothness of the original game.

When we reviewed Horizon Forbidden West we were disappointed by how the performance looks, mainly because of the way the vegetation kept shimmering. The latest patch which just came out finally fixes the issue and we've recorded a quick gameplay video to showcase how the game now looks. Enjoy!

Now the last embargo concerning Horizon Forbidden West has been lifted, we can share a few more things with you today just in time ofr your lunch break - well if you're on CET like us that is. You'd think that getting Horizon Forbidden West early would allow us to be ready on time for a video review in both languages. Well we could have, if technical issues had not driven us mad once more. As a result, all we can offer you for now is the French version of the review, where you'll at least be able to enjoy high quality footage we recorded ourselves while avoiding any spoilers. We are also allowed to share 20 4K screenshots we've taken ourselves. That's not much but it'll have to do for today!

After Horizon Call of the Mountain, it is the turn of Horizon Forbidden West to show a bit more of its world with a new 4K trailer focused on the different tribes. We can't wait to play the game but it shouldn't be too long now as it will finally be available on PS4 and PS5 in a bit more than a month.

More Sony content with one of the biggest exclusive title of early 2022, Horizon Forbidden West. In the following video, you're going to have a sneak peek at some of the machines you'll run into in this sequel. If you don't want to see too much before its release, you should probably stay away from the promotional videos though.

The Sony event didn't disappoint and there's a lot to be excited about, though it's likely the console design itself won't appeal to everyone. Until we (maybe) get our hands on high quality versions of the trailers of all PS5 exclusives, here's a good number of them directly coming from YouTube.
