GSY Video PS5 PS4

A couple of days ago we learned that a free update would allow us to play Ratchet & Clank with a butter smooth 60 fps framerate. We were told it would come in April but it became available yesterday, and to those who didn't know, it's still possible to get the game for free until today March 31 if you haven't already. It's be foolish not too considering how gorgeous it looks and how much better it plays now.

GSY Video PS4

Many people asked us to do more HDR video after the surprisingly positive reception of our Forza 7 ones a few days ago. Needless we don't have anymore HDR footage from upcoming games, but we have a lot of amazing looking PS4 Pro title to show off. I don't think many people will be surprised by the fact that we start with the still incredibly amazing looking Horizon: Zero Dawn, and these two videos showing a sunset, and a very high contract Cauldron sequence (slight spoilers in that one).
Update 6: After inFamous: Second Son, Uncharted 4: A Thief's End, Ratchet & Clank, WipEout Omega Collection, The Last of Us, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands and now a third video of Deus Ex: Mankind Divided.

GSY Video PS4

As promised, we continue our 4K coverage of the games which have been patched to suit the new power of the Playstation Pro. Without further ado, here are our videos of Ratchet and Clank, which looks even better in such a high resolution.

GSY Video PS4

PS4 Pro arrives in 2 days and if we should be able to publish 4k home content very soon, we can already show you Ratchet and Clank in 1080p captured on PS4 Pro.

GSY Video PS4

Now we are finally allowed to show you more than the first two hours of Ratchet & Clank, here is a couple of new videos of this excellent episode. Inside, you'll get a sneak peek at some of the exotic planets which await you in the game, but we've also put up a stress test video showing that despite a few drops, the framerate is doing a good job at maintaining enough frames per second to make the game enjoyable even in worst case scenarios.

GSY Live PS4

Here is the replay of the Ratchet & Clank livestream on PS4. You will discover the beginning of the game with Driftwood and BlimBlim, which will maybe give you the opportunity to discover the game if you haven't played the original version.

GSY Review PS4

14 years after its original release on PS2, Ratchet & Clank is back alongside a movie and we were able to complete the game just in time for the end of the embargo. As usal, you will find the translation of our verdict and the +/- section inside and a lot of videos captured during the first two hours of the game. For the full review, head over to the French side. Because we wouldn't want you to feel left out, we'll be live tonight at 10 CEST to tell you precisely why we enjoyed our time with the famous duo. If you have questions regarding the game, make sure to be on time!

Trailer PS4

Ratchet & Clank gets a trailer which shows more of the story that is based on the film based on the game. The title will arrive on April 12th while the motion picture from Gramercy Films will hit theaters on April 29th in the US.

Video PS4

We shared our preview article (in french) for Ratchet & Clank yesterday but what's better than gameplay footage for a good look at the game? Here are three gameplay videos. The title is coming next month on PS4.
