GSY Video PS4 Xbox One Switch PC Xbox 360 PS3

Did you truly think Capcom would finally stop porting the Resident Evil series to new systems? Unsurprisingly, Resident Evil 0, Resident Evil and Resident Evil 4 have found their way on to Switch, with pretty good ports apparently. Not that it can be considered as a feat, mind you, but it's still nice to be able to play RE1 (the Gamecube remake) and RE0 (the original episode released on GC) in handheld mode. The fourth installment in the franchise is a cult classic without a doubt, but because it's in full 3D, it might look a bit dated on some aspects. Even gameplay wise, it requires a bit of getting used to for some reason, but maybe it's just us. Aside from that, it is without a doubt an episode to discover asap if you have never played it.

Trailer PS4 Xbox One

Capcom has just announced that Resident Evil 6 will hit PS4 and Xbox One on March 29, while Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 4 will hit those platforms this Summer and this Fall respectively.

Trailer PC

If you've managed not to play Resident Evil 4 in the past 9 years, despite the fact that the game was released on Gamecube, PS2, PC, PS3 and Xbox 360, then Capcom is giving you a chance to catch up with the Ultimate HD Edition of the game on PC. Trailer inside.

Trailer PC

Capcom will bring back Resident Evil 4 on February 28 with an ultimate HD edition for PC on Steam and also at retail in Europe. Running at 60 frames per second the title costs $19.99 and comes with pre-order bonus.

First 10 minutes Xbox 360 PS3

As part of the Resident Evil Revival Selection, Resident Evil 4 is back in HD resolution and is now available to all. Since there is no demo of the game, we thought you might need to see how the game now looks. So here are three videos of the beginning of this 20-hour-long adventure.

Gamecube

Maskrider, aka the video god, just sent me these 2 videos of the japanese version of Resident Evil 4. One from an old build of the game, the other is the store trailer.

Gamecube

I've also received this veru nice quality video of Resident Evil 4, from the last Tokyo Games Show.

Gamecube

Maskrider asked me to host these 8 gorgeous videos of the demo of Resident Evil 4. He does not play really well since he's still discovering the game, but it looks very good !

Seth sry my mistake, ye i wanted to say that they are huge fans of first parties and ready to move on and wait ages for eventual pc port. (1 Day ago)

  • KORNdog

KORNdog there are people out there who are going to wait for PS5 before playing last of us 2. but even that sort of wait sounds far too excruciating to me. (1 Day ago)

  • KORNdog

KORNdog @Seth: i mean, it's a viable option, but if you were a big fan of sony exclusives to begin with you'd need to have an insane amount of patience to wait 3 years to play it on PC (1 Day ago)

  • Seth

Seth @KORNdog: yeah i don't see this happen anytime soon. it's why i find funny some people suddenly say ''i'm done, after 25 years with ps, moving to pc''. (1 Day ago)
