Ubisoft released a few days ago the first post-launch content update for Watch Dogs: Legion that adds for Season Pass owners the new operative Mina Sidhu and her mind control ability as well as the DedSec story mission "Swipe Right". The free content for both single-player and online modes brings two new operatives (a DJ and a First Responder), some new abilities for the people in London and all-new customization features such as beard, hair colors, shops accessible in the safehouse etc. Online mode gets 3 new coop missions and 2 gadgets. The Bloodline story DLC featuring Aiden Pearce is planned for late June and the premium operative Darcy of the Assassin Brotherhood alongside a new mission will be out in August.

Our PS4 version of Watch Dogs: Legion finally got its free PS5 update so here is some footage of the game featuring ray tracing (but also SSR for all the reflections on the Thames). As you'll see, the effects are not as precise as on PC and we still think Spider-Man has the upper hand in that respect, but it's nice to see such a feature on consoles.

We'll only reach the end of our Watch Dogs: Legion coverage when we can capture some next gen footage (by the way, you guys should know that both Microsoft and Sony sent us their new consoles), but until then, here's some gameplay recorded on Playstation 4 Pro.

After our XBox One X videos of Watch Dogs: Legion, here's our coverage of the game running with ultra settings and ray tracing on our i9 9900K and RTX 2080 Ti. It's important to note that the following video was recorded yesterday and the Nvidia drivers were not available yet, which might explain the disappointing results we've seen (even without RTX on). Let's hope Ubisoft and Nvidia will find a way to improve things even though the game remains perfectly playable as it is now.

We're starting our coverage of Watch Dogs Legion with the Xbox One X version but we should have some PS4 Pro and some PC footage up by Wednesday. Inside you will find the beginning of the adventure and for those who own an HDR device, we've even the prologue in HDR. Enjoy!

The downfall of London is coming October 29 so Watch Dogs: Legion reminds you to be ready to build a resistance with a new story trailer. Ubisoft also reveals its plans for the first year of post-launch content which will start December 3rd with a free update that will add an Online mode with free-roam open-world, coop missions and a PvP Spiderbot Arena mode. In a 2021 update, New Game +, new characters and their abilities and new mission content will be added for single-player mode. The paid content through the Season Pass, will bring Bloodline, a story expansion with playable characters Aiden Pearce and Wrench as well as two new unveiled characters, Darcy from the Assassin Order and Mina who can mind control people after being a subject of transhuman experiments. New trailers and screens inside.

Watch Dogs: Legion will feature when it launches October 29 a mission that involves musician Stormzy. Another guest was unveiled, Aiden Pearce, the first game's main character who will be part of a post-launch content. A new trailer showcasing and explaining the recruitment part of the game can also be found inside.

Watch Dogs: Legion may be the next big release in Ubisoft's catalogue, but it's also an important one for Nvidia as it will showcase the way Ray Tracing can enhance the visuals. It is no wonder they have released a trailer dedicated to the technology, though sadly it's only available in 1080p and 30 fps.
