Quite a lot of people have contacted us to get more videos of Lost Odyssey, and as promised here they are. The first one available now shows the direct continuation of the previous one, with at least 2 more to come, including the first boss.
Update: First boss fight video added.
Update 2: More exploration, and even a bit of sneaking in this new video. A last video of the game will follow tonight or tomorrow with a very close second boss fight.
Update 5: The final video is back, showing the very close second boss fight, now with sound!

Nice!!! many thanks Blim Blim, you know we are waiting for this^^. I have read your comments on neogaf about your first 4 hours of game, and looks like the game is fine. Hope to read more of your impresions of Lost Odyssey

Seth seems like an awesome character. She should be the lead instead of Kaim (too whiny/emo/Squall-ish for my tastes)

I like very much the main characters, Seth has strong character, Kaim is so Squall-ish, and for me that is great, and Jansen is very interesting and I wonder If he will be a traitor or not...

It's very good, but *very* difficult if you don't understand what items and stuff do. It's difficult if you do understand, and almost a nightmare if you don't. Had to retry 6 times before I killed the second boss...

Thanks!!! Blim, there is another video coming later today? (Glad to read the game is very good, and what you say about the second boss^^) First Mistwalker´s game, Blue Dragon was to easy for me, but It seems Lost Odyssey is harder than BD.

The music on the scene of kaim remembering the grand staff... The boss battle... The Ipsilon´s mountain track... all the music is AWESOME!!! Uematsu have done a great great job. One of the best Jrps of all times for sure!!

Oh yea, i like the difficulty, dont like it when it's too easy it gets boring real fast. so i really appreciate it. thanks for the Videos now more than ever i dying to play this game...

Yea Blue Dragon was good, but too easy and it got boring so fast, i am just gonna finish it and i might play it again on hard mode..

Brilliant.. for real it brings the old classy RPGs... i guess its the real next-gen rpg
everything is excellent !
Blim is there a limit or a special move for each character???
And does it have a Jap. voice acting with english Subtitle???

Be warned that there is a cutscene at the start with some spoilers, so you may wana skip forward to the fight if you don't wana see it.

Final Fantasy XIII is a modern JRPG and attractive to me in that way, but this is just as attractive to me by reminding me of why i love JRPG's in the first place. Its great to have both games to look forward to!

Is there actually any gameplay in this game? I mean it looks interesting, but so far all I've really seen is the FF - cut away scene to cut away scene style - move some, cut away scene, move some more, cut away scene, etc. Is it really this linier?

Loving it already. Might not be as mindblowing as I thought in graphics... but it really seems sooooo solid and beautiful for a classic JRPG fan like myself :)
