Xbox 360 PS3

Capcom had a great week so far, and what better than nothing less than 71 images of Street Fighter IV to close it? I'm still looking.

You're also more likely to get owned there than you are playing your friends.
So true. I was just trying to play a casual game of Marvel vs. Capcom 2 against the computer, to learn the ropes, and some asswipe decided to join in. I lost pretty quickly and my quarters were completely wasted.

This game looks so f***ing great. Capcom made a good job to transform the beloved characters into 3d, except for some maybe. The exaggerated facial expression also looks fantastic, and as I can remember, this always was a part of SF. This game makes me euphoric as the first Street Fighter II. I love you Capcom. Thanks for this one.

I personally love the new art direction!! and don`t know what the hell is wrong with these `haters`. Maybe the hatred is just because it`s insanely different from the old-skool we know and love?.

Once you get to see it in true HD and play it for yourselfes, I reckon you`ll soon change your minds and accept it into your hearts just as much as the original all those years ago.

I wouldn`t be atall surprised if SF-HD ends up selling more though.

The game does look very good but i'm actually more impressed by SF2 Turbo HD Remix and i'm looking forward to that much more than this.

He's saying that arcades themselves are dead. Keep in mind he's probably not talking about Japan.
Exactly, that was what I was trying to say ;)

I personally think this game looks great. If you look at the close up picture of Abel it looks like concept art. Same goes for the first picture where you see Zangief. I’m not sure if it’s a new effect or not, but it’s something I haven’t noticed until now.

I agree that the tarmac level looks bland but the second level they show looks fucking amazing. And I like that it keeps the same “painted” style that the characters now have. I’m totally stoked to see what the more exciting levels look like.

As for the facial expressions being exaggerated, they do look goofy in pictures. The game runs at sixty frames per-second. In order to notice the facial expressions they have to be that exaggerated. Not once while watching the videos did I ever think the faces looked ridiculous.

Besides all that the game has one other major thing going for it. IT’S FUCKING STREET FIGHTER! I really don’t get all the negativity.

This is much better, im glad Ono has finally decided to try and emulate the painting style of the teaser trailer.

If this was any other game, I'd say it looks awesome, but its not, its Street Fighter, and for that alone i must say I'm disappointed, i'll get the SF2HDRMX instead.

I'm a bit of a graphics whore and this game looks amazing. The art direction is original and stylish.Saw an HD tralier a couple of weeks back and it was brilliant, the art style has improved since then with a brush stoked lighting effect. The game will be ace, and likely to be the first beat-em-up I will get since soul caliber in my dreamcast! Assuming they ever admit it's coming to console.

Still looks god awful and shouldn't even be called SF4 with just 2 new characters in it and then most the cast of 2 *yawn* back to Guilty Gear

um theirs 3 new characters and counting. And since the game takes place between 2 & 3, its only logical that alot of 2 characters are going to return.

There's a lucha libre character in like every new fighting game.. it's sorta ridiculous.

Nah they should just add an EX to the title and it would fit perfectly.
