Not sure about this one, the drug dependance is a nice twist but i'm not sure it brings anything that new and groundbreaking to an already saturated FPS market

Its not an exclusive BlimBlim. Its a time exclusive and its still coming to the Xbox 360.

Here is the quote:

Haze has already been confirmed for XBox 260, I believe, but Sony will get it first by a month or so.

Not that it bothers me, I'm sure I'll have no time at all with Mass Effect, Assassins Creed, BiA 3, GTA and whatnot. Going to be a busy christmas. >.<

PS3 will have it ONLY in 2007, but when it hits 2008, then the 360 will get it as well...meaning I WILL buy it!

Well, one more FPS... but this one looks absolutely fabulous.
Hmm, I'll keep an eye on it, seems to me one of the more fun promising games...
When I remember well, I read that it's not time exclusif, but exclusif exclusif ^^
But was perhaps nothing but a rumour.... =/

Yeah, I don't know if any of you watched any of E3 via G4 or any other live feed, but the Sony reps specifically said that it was a TIMED exclusive...it's exclusive for 2007. It's being released on PC and 360 in early 2008.

Same sotry as VF 5.First in ps3,after 3-4 months on the 360(also on the pc in this occasion)...I just liked Sony's statement:"We don't buy exclusivities".But of course.Ubi gave you Haze and Midway UT3 because they just love you...

I'm excited about this one. The developer has a great FPS history.
The nectar element is original and the story is supposed to be quite good.

Does the PS3 version run at 1080p?

All these times exclusives are strange...i wonder how much, if any, resistance microsoft put up to these game not being released till 2008. The 360 line up for 2007 is so overcrowded in the holiday season that i guess its not too bad, since now some of this stuff won't be overlooked, but instead with have their own time to shine.

I truly and honestly do not believe that Sony Gave anything for UT3 or Haze. Think about the HUGE lineup of games on the 360 this holiday season. The market is almost tooo saturated with AAA games all at once... never thought i'd say that, but it's true. Most people can't afford to buy all the games. Until i hear differently, i'm going to go ahead and believe that it's more a business move relating to the 360 than it is to help sony out or anything. It just makes good business sense: Release it on the systems it would sell better for first, then when the timing is better, release it on the other. If we didnt have Halo, COD, Mass Effect, Lost Odyssey, Eternal Sonata, etc, etc.... I fully believe we would see day and date releases of both games.

Just my opinion, not fact of course. If anything knows something i don't, please share.

Games like this stand no chance at all against games like HL2:EP2/TF2, Crysis, Bioshock, CoD4, and UT3 etc.. All on PC..

So yeah, the PS3 can have Haze, I don't care.. ;)

Good point...and they're all on the 360 as well save for Crysis. (UT3 is a timed exclusive)

Thats a good point actually. Most people in the 360 FPS market are going to be playing Halo 3. So push it back for 360 and polish it up for the spring. Good idea.

So, does the XBL effect warrant the wait for those with both PS3 and 360. At this point, i'm going to say yes.

Between bioshock, halo3, mass effect, call of duty 4 and gta4 there will be no time for anything else in 2007

All the above have either long gameplay value or online play so ill be lucky to give them good attention

why is Gamersyde playing sony's pawns we all know that its coming ot the 360 even gamespot has it confirmed as a multiplatform game.... its just 360 guys will get it after christmas and ps3 before christmas THATS THE ONLY DIFFERENCE a very short timed exclusive.
