The quality of yesterday's DriveClub video wasn't acceptable for me, so I asked our team in LA to do a new. Well, they came back with two, so who will complain?
Update: This game is extremely difficult to film due to the extreme contrast between the road that can be very dark and the sky that stays very bright all the time. Miguel just uploaded 2 more videos filmed on two different screens with different exposure settings, with as good results as we can get for this game.

Reminds me a lot of Forza Horizon, which I loved. I missed the earlier gameplay footage but I saw the comments; it doesn't look anywhere near as bad as they made out.

I really like the second camera in cockpit view, which shows the dashboard but not the wheel, itt's a camera I'd like to see in racing sims. I use a wheel setup so I don't want to see another wheel on the screen.

Man, all the footage I've seen people play the game like it's burnout or need for speed. Lol. Walls are not a substitute for breaks.

I hope they release dome direct feed gameplay. I'm surprised there is non floating around somewhere from gamespot, ign or something

Hmm in the other post people were saying that it looked too arcadey but I like the look of the handling, IMO it seems to strike a good balance.

Here is some great info:

In DriveClub they’ve simulated clouds so perfectly “that they could be used in scientific research.” Also, they’ve modeled the time of day “so accurately, that if you chose to, you could play a track at 4:22am in Antigua and it’d be perfect.”

This really doesn't look very good from what i have seen or read So far. I was really going for a stellar racing game come the launch of next gen. Forza 5 is obvious but I'm not crazy about giving Microsoft money after all the crap they are pulling.

Saw a lot of hype for this title early on...I think its one of the least impressive racers of E3. Definitely nowhere near the top racers level.

Sorry.... the "STUPID BOUNCY EFFECT" on the cockpit kill this game just like BIZARRE & PGR4.
What a waste of talent. Bouncy camera ....really.
Who was the genius ? i need a name...TALBOT ?

The more i see of this game, the more it disappoints. The handling looks like an unpredictable mess and it has to be one of the most visually disappointing games ive seen at E3.

I am also big Evolution fan. Their car models was not their strong point. The environments was highly detailed though in Motorstorm games. But in drive club it has got a face light. Of course this is next gen hardware but cars look damn good. animation needs to be improved. The gameplay will be fun I am sure.

People are asking too much from this game. To me, for a launch tittle that is not the King Gran Turismo, it looks pretty decent and fresh. I actually like the more arcade approach of it. For simulation we already have GT. On top of that its free for PSN PLUS, which in my opinion is a killer move. If you love gaming, you gotta love Sony this days.

This game is looking really great to me. The cars are beautiful; I like the 3rd person camera (outside the car) better.

Cant wait to play it.

For me it looks really bad. Car models and interiors are very detailed but everything else is bad. 30fps, low-res textures, generic environment without too many objects or details. Also I am not expecting any kind of fun from Evolution's handling model.
