To finally be done with the Gran Turismo 5 videos from the GamesCom, here is a hood view video in full 720p resolution and of course running at 60 fps. Huge file, but quality is great :)
Looks Amazing, the track design, the colors, the shadows, its a copy paste from reality, if you don't pay attention to details you think for minute that your watching a real race.

With that big lack of AA the Game just looks awful (for me).
What? i don't see any Flickering, there are some minor edges on the shadows, but the rest looks clean, the game uses 4x anti aliasing, and this is not the Final version.

Replay looks identical to the gameplay on my 720p TV.
@Buddah86, but thats not flicker, thats distance jaggies, every console game has that problem, maybe they will find a way to fix it in the Final version.
The replays have added motion blur, but its the dynamic camera angles that make it look great, shows the engine off much better...I don't think anyone can complain about how good the cars look...One thing I want is a little bit more dramatic lighting effects...sure most of these places look like as shown on a rather plain, pleasant day, but they can also look very striking when the light is diffusing the through the clouds and smogs at the right angle, or at sunset/sundown...a little more beauty please!

This was, just a limited demo, the final game will feature, Dynamic weather changing.
as for the replay in GT5Prologue, i don't see any difference between the Gameplay and the replay.
@buddah, yes there are some aliasing, every console game has aliasing problems but some games use blur to to hide the aisling like "GRID", i hope GT5 adds blur to the Environment when speeding up the track.
PD has never disappointed with a GT title. When you consider that, there's nothing to worry about with GT5. Prologue may have been disappointing but it was just a (waaaay) early demo

And I also know how Replaymode looked compared to Non Replay.
Your Picture just looks like fake or made in Replaymode with HUD (if its possible, not sure) or just used a car with less edges.
