GSY Live PC PS4 Xbox One

As promised, we were live for an hour tonight, with Davton and BlimBlim playing The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt while I was trying to be the host. We showed the Xbox One and PS4 versions of the game and both benefited from what we suppose is the day one patch. What you're seeing here is the 1.01 version on both platforms, but we don't know if another patch will be added before release. Expect another GSY Live on Tuesday evening with the PC version this time and those who will follow us here using our own stream will be able to enjoy the "show" at 1080p/60fps.

Excellent video, good commentary big thank you.
But I have a question : is it possible to force PS4 to out put only 720p in the video settings by not selecting 1080p and if so , will the frame rate be more stable 30 FPS ?
Like it was for instance on PS3 with Gran Turismo 6.

P.S. I know this is a weird question :)

I don't think current generation title render at anything but their native hard coded resolution, even if your output resolution is lower. I could be wrong though.

I might wait for the enhanced edition for this game, just to complete the other two enhanced edition titles i have.

I guess you will get the Enhanced Edition anyway (on PC), assuming it will work in the same way it did in the past, right?!

I don't like how when any object gets near the camera it disappears, it reeks of the devs trying to hide the bad textures so they are not letting any get close to the camera lol

The other two games run just fine on my setup, i haven't completed though my copy of The witcher 2 enhanced edition. Probably when i do get to completing it we'll hear about the third enhanced edition.

The enhanced editions of the two witcher games feature improved lighting fixtures and textures. Google it. So Who's to say the old E3 screens of the witcher 3 weren't of the enhanced edition.
