Electronic Arts has published these two images galleries of Medal of Honor. Let me remind you that the game will ship on October 15 on Xbox 360, Playstation 3 and PC.
Update: Trailer removed, it was nothing but the december trailer, presented as a new one...

Not looking great? Wth, you must be pretty hard to satisfy. Lighting is among the best I've seen this gen, and the visuals themselves are pretty topnotch. Especially in the trailer. Lighting goes a long way in making a game look realistic.

Only thing that bugs me is the fabric parts of their uniforms look like clay. They need to give the textures more... uh, texture in the bumpmapping.

This trying hard to be similar to Call of Duty when it should focus on having its own personality. stil looks good though.

But it does have its own personality, levels looks vast and scaled as compared to CoD levels where everything looks like a tiny corridor city that could probably only populate 5 people.

I think their faces also look like they are made out of clay! Really don't like the semi cartoonish character design :(

Funny enough no Medal of honor have yet to been awarded to any special forces men which this game is about. Also all the Medal of Honor recipients were awarded the badges because of their deaths.

Negative. While I'd say a majority of recipients died because of their actions, there are still a number of living Medal of Honor recipients....

Just MP. SP apparently uses Unreal Engine 3. Oh, and you can prone in SP and not in MP. Meh.

I'm not sure that's entirely true. I'm hoping it's just in their approach to the slightly dumber mass market stuff. Hopefully BF3 is the real deal. The success of BC2 on the PC could either enforce their decisions to streamline every thing about the franchise down, or it could make them recognize that their old fanbase is still there and rabid for a new Battlefield sequel. I think they know that they still have a big audience on the PC waiting for the next great Battlefield game. I really hope to see it at E3. They've been dropping hints for years--it's time to show the goods.

I still don't see how removing prone is a "dumber mass market" thing. MW2 had it after all. I definitely think prone should be in there( especially if you want a more realistic style), there should be penalties for using it the wrong way. All that "run up and drop into prone right in front of someone to gain an advantage" is so ridiculous and not grounded in reality, it's insane. Dropping into prone in front of someone should do one thing- get you killed. Now, if you are using it to take cover, or snipe(which is about the only way to be an effective shot at sniper range), then I'm fine with it because that is a legit way to use it. Now, you can argue that it's a game and you would be right, but it doesn't keep it from annoying the living shit out of me when it's used in such a ludicrous manner...
