DJmizuhara is on a roll and he is giving us more Gran Turismo 5 goodness. Today, he is showing us the Japenese introduction of the game and its specific music, the Nascar mode and the Rally mode. Like in the previous article, we also added a new batch of images taken by our community in photo mode.

I'll try...kinda in a lot of pain at the moment having just had an operation on my back. :( I'll get karts as soon as I can sit still for more then 5 minutes.

Too bad GT5 is not on 360 and Kinect compatible, you would not have to sit to play. :D

lol...standing isn't too comfortable either. Laying flat on my face is about as comfortable as it gets and I can't play like that. lol

the intro is good, the music however, is not. well, untill it stops sounding like someone smashing their head against a piano.

Why is the intro jap song the same song in almost all the GT intros. This is just a remix of the same song from GT3

From what I understand, there is little/no damage in the game at all until around level 40. (If that is even true). No one seems to be able to back it up, but there is one video of it somewhere. It should only take a week or two to unlock the damage though.

Just ordered this with a new GT wheel, can't wait for it to arrive tomorrow!

I have some minor damage unlocked at level 15 although the game did nothing to announce it had unlocked or anything, I only noticed when I watched a replay and my car had it's bumper hanging loose and a crumpled bonnet.

Damage is never that major and will apparently be improved and added to arcade mode via a patch on Dec 1st. Also the patch is going to be the first of many and improve the framerate issues but I am really hoping for a v-sync fix somewhere down the line as the screen tearing is easily the worst graphical blemish on this otherwise very nice looking game.
