GSY Video PC

Earlier this week, we played a short demo of Watch_Dogs: Legion showcasing Ray Tracing on the latest Nvidia GPUs, now is the time to see it in action. Thanks to b-roll footage Nvidia made available on their press's site, we edited a short video so you can see the accurate reflections on puddles, windows and cars. Enjoy!

Not even basic lighting is done right. So many missing shadows for even static objects. Look at 1:09 - 1:11, the red and purple lights are the main lightsource in that scene, and there are no shadows anywhere, neither dynamic nor static. Lighting-wise that looks like 1998!

I know it's Ubisoft so basically, it's not like we can expect unbiased comments here, but you guys do remember this is an alpha version of a game which will come out next year right?

Unfortunately, some people conveniently skip that thought process. The game looks amazing imho even now. Graphics, concept, animations, etc. Also, no game is perfect. But some people are more interested in talking shit about a game that's  about 7 months away than being excited for what the game has already accomplished.

Recently, some journalists were talking how they talk passionately about what they love and what they don't like, they just ignore it because it's not even worth their time. Yet many people in gaming sites feel the need to waste their time by going into a news or thread of a game they don't like or care at all just to write bad things about it for no reason.

Sometimes I wonder if these jaded people even like games any more, or if they're just interested in creating drama where there's none in order to feel any sort of inclusion derived from a "hate bandwagon" situation or if they believe they will seem cool by hating something. Either way it's pathetic.

Horrible aliasing, low resolution, blurry and 30fps. No thanks I'd rather 1800p/4K@60fps without RTX effects. While the RTX effects themselves look good the hardware just is not there yet, needs another 2-3 years before it is viable at 4K.

It looks really good for being at this early Alpha stage.
But since it's UBI people must complain and talk smack.

Sdarts I loved this game, you can play with different characters, each with their own abilities. You had a dash, that was basically like flying - Really cool mechanic. Squaresoft at its best. (1 Week ago)
