Hmm. Yeah. The animation in some parts looks a bit wonky, and I dunno if I'm being paranoid but the tone of the video is like "we did this and that and we sound like a B team to the B team."

Will all depend on how it feels to play though, you can have a game animate beautifully and still feel "wrong" in terms of weight and platforming "beats", and the contrary can also totally be true.

The Art Direction is FANTASTIC, no question about but animation seemed quite a bit off! but I liked what I saw anyway. NOt sure about fighting 50 enemies, sounds like more enemies were thrown in without thinking too much.

Like Deft said. It looks alright

As long as the fighting doesn't get Two Thrones amounts of obnoxious I'm pretty fine with it. I think numbers confirm that it'll be fairly mindless, sorta like Fable 2 where it wasn't particularly offensive.

Then again, if 50 enemies + Two Thrones combat is what they're doing I'll be jumping out the window. And I'm only on the third floor here so I'd prolly just break my legs and be a miserable pile of a sobbing man. Suffice to say, let's hope that's not the case.

agreed. TO be fair, I never minded the combat in SOT. it was simplistic yes but that game NEVER was about the combat. Platforming and puzzles do it for full stop. Let's hope for the best. Now off, to fire up FF13 :D

Yeah, SoT used it as much as the system really could sustain, and it was spread super thin in WW even though they added a bunch of stuff to it. TT it just fell apart for me though. I could never do the insta-kill things (timing on QTE's was bordering on broken) and ended up having to fight HORDES OF ENAMEES, and I just gave up eventually.

I completely agree.. I just loved the platforming and puzzle elements and the combat was allright but it wasn't as prominent as in the other games.. That's why I prefer SOT over the others..

I've kinda missed out on the PoP games, if I'm being honest. I think the only one I've played was on the PSP - it might have been called Revelations or something?
