Roguelike space shooter Everspace is available on PS4 with a Stellar Edition which includes the base game and the Encounters DLC for $39.99. Both can be purchased separately for $29.99 and $9.99 respectively. Limited Run Games will release a boxed version (including an artbook) this Summer.

Roguelike space shooter Everspace is coming to PlayStation 4 on May 29th has announced Rockfish Games who will self-publish the game. It will be available for $29.99 and its DLC Encounters will be set at $9.99 but you can get both as a bundle for $34.99. A boxed version (Galactic Edition) will also be published by BadLand Games and will contain the game, the addon, the soundtrack and a booklet for $39.99.

Rockfish Games has released a free update on Xbox One and Windows 10 for Everspace that adds to the game a Hardcore Mode. More than a new difficulty level, the mode brings a series of handicap modifiers that players have to choose each time they enter a new sector. These modifiers vary from fuel leaking to retro mode like it's 1991 again. More inside with screens and a trailer.

Rockfish Games has announced that its roguelike space shooter Everspace has left early access. Therefore the full version is now available on Steam, GOG and Xbox One. The 1.0 build brings full VR support, voice-acted story, a new boss fight in the revamped final sector.

The last big update before the full release of Rockfish's roguelike space shooter is now available on Steam, GOG, and Xbox One/W10. The new content brings the remnants of The Ancients, a mysterious alien race and more. Everspace will release on May 26 with also a boxed PC version in select territories. Since Everspace is now available on Early Access, we figured it was as good a time as any to give the game a try and prepare a few videos for you guys. Our first impression is pretty good, though we can't say we are particularly fond of rogue-like titles usually. Running on Unreal Engine 4, this game is actually a lot of fun once you get a hang of the controls. WHen playing with a gamepad, it takes a bit of getting used to as strafing up/down/right/left is done with the left analog stick while pitching and rolling are mapped to the right one. If you play with a mouse and keyboard, you'll have the advantage to be able to move the aiming reticle around, which is obviously very convenient. The following videos were captured with a gamepad.

Still in closed beta, space shooter Everspace will hit GOG's Games in Development, Steam Early Access, and Xbox Preview Program on September 14 for $29.99 and when the full release comes around the price will increase by $9.

Alpha backers of the roguelike space shooter from Rockfish Games can update their build on Steam starting today to dive into the first closed beta of Everspace. It brings two new sectors filled with new asteroids, improved space clouds, new gorgeous sun flares, ocean planets and a new swarm type of enemy. Newcomers who want to participate in the beta can do so by heading to the developer's shop here before July 31.
