At this rate Witcher 3 is going to remain the best game of this gen and never be dethroned.

It's almost odd watching this dev diary... No ridiculous looking hipster devs smelling their own farts in some massive circle jerk. Naughty Dog could learn from this superior studio.

You can praise you favorite game developers without talking shit about others. Imo both studios are among the best right now.

Not that i'm a fan of Naughty dog but whatever, they are the best at what they do; shitty AAA realtime hollywood movies.

As for this, it looks good. Gonna play through the full game with both DLCs when this drops. Haven't even touched Hearts of Stone yet.

So it's an apt comparison with this medieval dating sim.

Why are you continuing to pile on the stupidity?

Edit: And sure... The Witcher discussion always hinges on gameplay (lol).

I'll be inclined to agree when Witcher 4 comes out an the only thing people talk about is the animations and how amazing the foliage physics are.

Comparing Witcher 3 to Uncharted is about as apt as comparing Street Fighter to Minesweeper, so far as i'm concerned :P

Why? Because i can. If i wanted intelligent discussion about games and design i wouldn't be shitposting on a forum

Only Playstation exclusive I ever played was The Last of Us. One of the absolute best games I've ever played. Zelda, Zelda 64, Golden Eye, GTA 3, Half Life 2 and TLOU are the most memorable gaming experiences I've had. NG can be the biggest Dbags, as long as they turn out quality titles I could careless.

But they are not D-Bags. They are proud of their work and they should be. They squeeze blood out of the hardware they are working with. Some people are just so narcissistic they feel that Naughty Dog games should not be praised because Naughty Dog does not makes games genres THEY enjoy. And THEY are the only ones that matter. THEIR opinion is word of god. They. Them. They. Them. Etc.

I guess you missed the bit in the video where the writer showed up then?

Absurd looking passé fashions aside, this will indeed go down as one of the greats this gen.

After reading all the comments I thought it would be appropriate for me to also waste everyone time by telling you all that:
While spitting right upwards on a calm day, the spit will probably land on your own face.

Keep up the wonderful discussions everybody!

jmd749 @nostradamus: Yes, Talos Principle is one of those overlooked gems of a game. For my 2nd play through I started it in VR using my Oculus, havn't got very far. I'd highly recommend it to any puzzle fan (7 Hours ago)

nostradamus some pacing and life. I don't mind the puzzle zones trigger some quiet time, all fine and dandy, but the awfull back and forth in the whole island withou a melodic sound? even crafted in the game or (7 Hours ago)

  • nostradamus

nostradamus first thing i did for the "no music" The Witness was give a middle finger to Blow, and use MP3 or youtube to stream so classic composers, and give the dull game world (every one is dead how original) (7 Hours ago)

  • nostradamus

nostradamus and its funny as hell how thsi game has some organ/gregorian chorus (picks up in the key moments) for the soundtrack. it's sublime (these are the dudes who made sesious sam?! L.o.l.) (7 Hours ago)

  • nostradamus

nostradamus the dev's walking sim "now you get it" to appreciate a good puzzle. Still love The Witness, but i like direct simplicity more. (7 Hours ago)

  • nostradamus

nostradamus it even has the whole Tetronimo thingy going on. its way more barebones (mixture of its own game or a mod even) but its a breath of fresh air to take a puzzle game that doesn't make you suffer through (7 Hours ago)
