GSY Video Xbox Series X

We have no intention to cover all the games that take advantage of FPS boost but we took Fable 3, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 for a spin to see what they look like at 60 fps. Apart from Oblivion which isn't perfect (but then again the framerate of the original game was very choppy), the technology works marvels. What is certain is that it adds a lot of comfort in all three titles and it's great news for those who enjoy backward compatibility. If you need more convincing, check out our gameplay videos showing the three games.

GSY Video Xbox One

We have been among the lucky ones to receive an Xbox One X beforehand, something like 4 days ago. it didn't leave us much time to download the games and record some gameplay footage, but we did our best as usual. Inside, you'll find a bunch of videos showing titles that have already been updated with their Xbox One X patch. Most of them are Xbox One games obviously, but we also have 3 iconic 360 titles to show you with a massive bump in resolution. Finally, we have tried the first Project CARS to see what forced v-sync and anisotropic filtering can do to a game that hasn't been patched for Xbox One X. If you want to compare, see the last base Xbox One footage we captured back in 2015.
Note: Some games are yet to receive their Xbox One X update, so we'll try to be thorough and propose more videos later.

PS3

The PS3 will finally be released in 2 weeks in Europe, and 2K Games finally decided to release something about the PS3 version of their flagship title Oblivion. Looking good as always.

Xbox 360

Bethesda released a new Downloadable Content for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion earlier this week, as some of you might know. Titled "Knights of the Nine", priced 800p, it's supposed to have around five hours worth of new gameplay. Here are a couple of images from it.

Xbox 360

There will soon be a new DLC pack for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion released, with the name Mehrunes' Razor. The ones who buy it are promised "the biggest dungeon in Cyrodiil", with some new books and items added in it - and of course, with some secret treasures. The price is now 2.99$ (for the PC version), where the old DLC's have been at around 1.89$ (150 Marketplace points). Except around 250p for this one, and here are some images of it.

Xbox 360

New Downloadable Content for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was released today, the "Thieves Den". More than 45 new items, a pirate ship, 15 new spells and much more is included in this one, and here are some images of it.

Xbox 360

Bethesda has released a couple of images from their two DLC packs for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The Orrery pack has been up for a while, and Wizard's Tower went up yesterday for a price of 150p.

Xbox 360

This is the first and last day of adventures for the proud Snoopette. It's difficult to make a selection of interesting footage in the 90 minutes of video I had recorded, so the files are quite big. Tonight Snoopette hunts, chats, change armors and rides a horse by sunup.

Xbox 360

As promised, here is the second part of the adventures of Snoopette in the world of Oblivion. This time you'll get a bit of magic, a few fights, more dialogs and a first glimpse of the outside world.

Xbox 360

Oblivion is one of these games that you have to earn the right to play. With more than 4 months of waiting after the launch, we all earned the right to explore the incredible countryside created for this awesome game!
Oblivion is a game that takes its time to get started, not really by choice but since it's a very complex game it just had to be done that way. So you'll get at least 3 parts for this introduction to the game, all the while following the adventures of Snoopette the body robber.
