Slideshow, what game did you play? It was 30 all around, cannot recall it slowing down much, if at all. But the question is, did I enjoy it less because it wasn't 1080p? No. I had very much fun with it and it looked gorgeous.
more BS pulled out of your ass. check the framerate analysis...it certainly wasnt "30fps all around" pahahaha. but that's fine right, sub full-HD, sub 30fps framrate, that's totally "next gen" for you right? jesus.

Doclexfisti is being subjective, thinking overall that he's being objective (he's trying to say he can't perceive artistic negatives even though the games are technically inferior).

KORNdog is being objective, but in reality he's doing it subjectively (he's saying technical details improve artistic quality, but doing so because his favorite platform is superior).

Gentlemen this is what happens when immovable bowels meet unstoppable gas.

The rude tone that has become the norm here during the last months really is a bit of a letdown ... oh well

And I still think a game that is good, can be enjoyed even if it's not 1080p/60fps. But I get the impression, resolution is the main selling point for games these days. Well to each his own I suppose ...

Patience kind of dies when you consistently read the same shite day in day out. you want a legit discussion? bring in a legit argument and some non-shit anologies?, not "resolution means nothing, i can just sit further away to make my $500 system look perfectly fine"...the amount of self justifying crap i've read the last 6+ months is insane. from the initial rumours where certain people where HOPING sony adopted the same DRM policies of MS rather then wanting MS themsevles to change theirs... all the way to saying graphical, IQ and performance improvements arn't important in a brand new, NEXT GEN console?

but i guess we've got the secret sauce, stacked GPU's and cloud power still to come right? when is that happening again, are we giving MS until E3, or is it going to be a generation long theory/hope? just curious

Surprised about Watchdog resolution. The delayed the game to just the game running by the looks of it. Moreover it is a cross gen and one would think performance, resolution should be fine on the current consoles. I wonder what is the state of Division right now. Hopefully this experience has helped them and they stop this BS they do with pretty every game of their

Have you watched a video demonstration of it? It doesn't look or sound very comfortable.

It's cool though. It's one of the many areas of VR that is far behind the video portion. We need people doing research and taking chances w/ stuff like this.

You're talking to someone who lost 60 pounds after he quit smoking cigarettes. Fat jokes don't phase me :D

And it's an approach for walking. I don't think it's that practical.. if you watch one of their demos it looks kinda uncomfortable. And it's really loud. Plus you're more slipping around everywhere than walking. It's a nice first step or bit of R&D.

Also: it's "lose" dummy. You must be having a bad day.

"That's not correct. PlayStation 4 is the more powerful hardware and we feel it is easier to develop for. Snowdrop works better on PS4 and even if Microsoft do want us to shift lead platform that's not something that has happened."

Massive concerning the division. Rumours where suggesting xbone was lead platform.

It's as much as shot at their own publisher too. They feel like Ubisoft was rushing them. But they got a delay so good for them!

Delays are good. But that's a double edged sword. People complain about delays too.
