Gamersyde est un site de média-information consacré à l'actualité du jeu-vidéo consoles et PC, et spécialisé dans la production et diffusion de vidéos de haute qualité à très haut bitrate dans leur résolution et framerate d'origine. À l'heure où la compression vidéo exagérée devient de plus en plus la norme sur Internet, Gamersyde est le dernier petit village gaulois à encore résister à l'envahisseur Youtube. Toutes les vidéos sont disponibles en téléchargement et en streaming, jusqu'en 4K et 60 images par seconde dans les deux cas, et dans une qualité largement supérieure à celle de Youtube pour le streaming. Nous sommes également en mesure d'enregistrer des extraits de jeu en HDR pour les joueurs équipés d'écrans compatibles. L'intégralité de notre contenu est gratuit, et accessible en français ainsi qu'en anglais.

But this is the thing, the last Prince of Persia titles didn't have co-op, this one don't need to.
They need to focus on the gameplay and story, and make it a single player experience.
You didn't see BioShock having online play in any form and look how that turned out to be.
I say no online play in this Prince of Persia franchise, it is a single player experience and it needs to stay that way.

It means that the game is okay with two characters occupying the same space, which subsequently suggests that if this isn't a strictly turn based affair ("your turn to go swinging off the pole, grabbing the curtain, bouncing off the wall and sliding down the pillar!") it's a worryingly hack and slashy action affair instead. This is the stuff nightmares are made of in regards to Prince of Persia!
I don't see how some people are comfortable with the notion of co-op in Ninja Gaiden either, or don't see how two avatars would fuck everything up in a game revolving around your character. And no, I don't mean narratively, cutscenes are the itty bitty least of problems. I mean the way an experience opens up to let you in and closes behind you.

The last trilogy was offline, and this should be offline as well.
But...if they are gonna add online co-op it will be interesting.
Not only that, it will be interesting to see how a acrobatic warrior like the Prince and a acrobatic spell character like Elika will handle a situation.
We don't know yet how the gameplay is gonna be like, so far I say no to online play until I see gameplay first and formost.

I hope they pull off that middle eastern fantasy myth style.
I am hoping that they will show something during E3, which I am sure they will.

I want this game badly!
Ps. It seems the music is going with the Two Thrones approach (my favorite), the middle eastern type music, very cool.

Inscrit depuis 7331 JoursAlso, notice how Elika is also a guide!!!! she can show you the way by shining magic light - nice for those who get frustrated and dont know what to do.
Aparently, all you have to do is press the Elika button whenever you want to do something and AI is clever enough to know what you're after. I hope this is as good as it's implied to be. The game is definately shaping up VERY VERY nicely!
