I dont know why but it feels more natural with them like that, its part of the reason the 360 controller is the best ever made, and most people agree.
i'm kinda indifferent tbh. i don't feel the staggered sticks somehow make it better, but you get used it everything anyway, it's not like using a 360 pad would somehow make me better at FPS's.. as i've said before. symetrical hands. symetrical control layout. that's how it should be imo.

If Megaman is being developed by Epic I am not guna be happy lol.

Looking at that games list isn't getting me exited at all, Banjo and Kazooie could be interesting but Rare suck these days so probably not.

what KI sucks!? How dare you!? C-C-COMBO BREAKER!

Yeah, it's terrible. Possibly one of the worst fighters ever, especially considering how much attention it's gotten over the years. But to say that rare was never any good, that's harsh i think. But imo it was a long time ago, as i never really liked what they put out on the N64 and later. But hey, Wizards and Warriors and DK Country are pretty damn good games ;)

I would never say that rare has never been good. But the rare that I have fondness for has not existed since the NES days.

But yea.. KI sucks.. it's hard to come up with one redeeming quality really.

Nah, the left stick gets more use than the d-pad, so it's in the ideal position. Besides, it's still symmetrical in the sense that there are two control options up and two control options down. Acting like someone must have deformed hands because they prefer the 360 controller is silly.

my hands are symmetrical so they like to sit the same when holding something symmetrical. Just a preference, feel it's the way things should be. If you prefer it otherwise, then cool.

Mirror Edge 2 is pretty much confirmed and is suppose to be exclusive, may be timed exclusive for Microsoft ?on 360 as well

Brothers in Arms may also be true. MOH is gone I guess. But COD and BF are enough military shooters IMO. Homefront is also similar I guess now just better looking with crytek engine. I think they are making homefront now.

I never cared for KI either, only the rendered characters were something fresh at the time ... never got into the 200+ combo thing either. But I am really excited if something new from Rare shows up ... they had it once, let's see if they have what it takes to shine again

The rumors all revolve around them Kinectifying it.. that's not promising!

Mirrors Edge 2 probably wouldn't have happened without external funding though.

I'm guessing the casuals love it. I mean, F, F, punch for an ultra combo...even my grandmother could pull that shit off. Combine that with utterly retarded characters (people like that shit, just look at MK) and you've got a super hit on your hands. I think it makes perfect sense why it was such a smash hit, as it combined the blood of MK with slightly less shite controls and insane combos at the touch of a button. Still a completely AWFUL fighter, but yeah...the n00b appeal is strong with that one.

I don't think people actually remember the gameplay. They can't. They wouldn't want a sequel! There are far better accessible fighters.

For sure, give me pretty much any contemporary fighter over KI any day. But at the end of the day the fighting community at large barely want good fighters, what with crap like MVC, MK and SFIV doing fine while Third Strike and VF are forgotten.

But obviously it's a LOT of nostalgia. But again, the fact that it drew people back in the day because it had scrub appeal explains the nostalgia for it now, as unreasonable as it might be.

Whoa.. let's not go crazy. Dive Kick is taking off big time.

I mostly agree. The genre is in a bit of a sad state. You can't blame people for playing new games though, especially when it becomes an issue of sponsorship.

    Driftwood C'est joli mais ça me fait penser au rendu de Hogwarts Legacy, très propre et clinique. C'était un très beau jeu aussi bien sûr, mais ça manque de personnalité pour un Fable. (il y a 28 minutes)
