So guys breezing through it in 4 hours clearly must play it on normal. And who plays Halo on normal? It's an unwritten law to play it on at least heroic...
Will try MP tonight, but of course I will get my ass kicked severly.

If you do play it on legendary in solo, have fun at the boss-fights Korn. In those moments, you cannot rely on your squad. Especially at the end of Mission 14.

Most of my personal friends have PS4's, only two close friends have an Xbox One. None of them bought Halo so far, I wouldn't play it solo on legendary, just don't have the time anymore sadly...
But I enjoyed it a lot on heroic, it was very action-packed most of the time. I also think the GFX are very good for 60 fps. It really plays very well. Didn't recognize the resolution switching once, because the action is so frantic. Just witnessed some weird body-animation frame drops during cut-scenes, when the squad walked further into the screen and got smaller.

This is the most fun multiplayer I had in years! [including Titanfall ;)]... Warzone is truly amazing!

That's not rational.
And those REQ packs are very fun. I now have a SMG I can only use at level 6+ during warzone and it's really badass. Still love my Magnum, need to aim better for the head though ... hahahaha

although i do expect xbone to be the #1 selling system for this months NPD at least. with tomb raider lurking and halo 5 released, if it doesnt win that month i think it's safe to say they won't be winning much after that point.
AI bosses are a different thing though. But it's so sweet to come to an AI controlled Warden boss, where an enemy-teamplayer has it's health down 90% and it's you that does the final shot - all 150 Warzone points (takes a 1.000 to win) go to you and your team. ;)
Fantastic game, so well balanced!

There's nothing inherently wrong with multiplayer-only games. I wish Battlefield were still MP-only.
Take it up with TitanFall instead.
That's not rational.
I think 343 have done a fantastic job with this game. Single player is not as strong as it could have been, the whole "HuntTheTruth" was a very poor mask for Cortana's reveal. I felt Halo 4 had the stronger campaign narrative, but the Halo 5 one played much better. As far as campaign moments go? 343 had some real chances to top Dual Scarabs from Halo 3, but I feel that the lack of creative design failed them here. I can only think of 2 stand out moments in the campaign, one had me excited but was far too short, and the other had me laughing unexpectedly.
Multiplayer is a great hybrid of the old and the new aspects of Halo, and I feel this is where a lot of 343's efforts went, what the campaign lacked in cohesive narrative, the multiplayer makes up for in what I think is the best Halo multiplayer since Halo 2. After playing it for a week I now realise that I need to update my set up because the skill gap in Arena is so real (barring Warzone), every second counts and after playing twitch shooters like BF, COD and Destiny for so long, Halo has made me realised that I just have good reactions, but am very average when it comes to strafing and actually dodging and aiming in a shoot-out that goes beyond 2 seconds, a problem I'll begin resolving starting with a gaming monitor instead of a lagoless HDTV.
Once again maps are the biggest downfall of multiplayer here. While nowhere near as bad as Halo 4's map selection, it simply cannot touch the god-like rotation of Lockout, Ascension, Ivory Tower, Midship, Lockout, Lockout, Lockout, Lockout, Zanzibar, though, no Halo ever has and I doubt any Halo ever will. That being said, 343 have 4 good original maps instead of the one this time around.
Warzone is a lot more fun than I thought it would be, it's a nice chilled out mode when you want to kick back with a sniper and rack up a killtrocity while eating a sandwich. No desire to buy REQ packs, or even engage in microtransactions, but seeing as 343 just upped the Halo Championship Series prize pool by 500k, I guess there are enough people who see the value in it that they don't need my cash at all.
Overall, I am really enjoying the game, the campaign is just ok, they introduced a bunch of abilities, but forgot to bring the encounters up to speed (there's only so many walls I can Spartan Charge through before I begin to wonder what the point is). The multiplayer is hard, but rewarding as I try and find new ways to out-strafe an Assault Rifle toting maniac.
A lot of the pro-circuit love the game (I guess a prize pool of 1.5M would make any one love a game), it's nice to see those who blindly swore against it actually playing it daily, only time will tell whether or not it has legs among the pro players, but for now 343 can rest easy knowing that as far as multiplayer goes they've done the franchise well.
There are two rules to success:
