Does the conference star at 12:00pm et or 12:30pm et? Gamespot have it a 12:00 and gametrailers at 12:30

I think 12:00 is for pre-show stuff

Well last week PS4 was number 2 and Xbones was 4 and this week Ps4 is Number 14 and Xbones 20.

It's not moot. Don't be like that. Just because you don't use or support a thing doesn't mean you should be okay with them just doing any-old-thing with it. If they pulled this in a different industry that didn't affect me, I'd still be bothered by it. You shouldn't be okay with consumer abuse just because you see a way around it personally.

You might as well stop calling it bollocks if you are going to support it anyway.
The context of my comment was why I was theoretically a slam dunk next Xbox customer. Not that I'll be supporting it anyway. Chances are I won't be based on what I've seen so far. Moot was perhaps the wrong word and yes of course there's always a thin end of a wedge to consider.

And of course my attachment to Halo is to a brand as much as anything else. That doesn't make it invalid. I'm I interested in Spartan Assualt as well but I'm sure as hell not running out to buy a Windows Phone to play it.

With all the bullshit MS is doing for Xbox console itself, I dont care much.

The only game I cared for was Ryse but it didnt look like something that i would buy a console for, at all...especially not at that price.

So basically, nothing did it for me.

So actually I didn't do too well. I guess the "exciting" 360 news was the 2 free games that won't go over with you to Xbone. This was a lot more competent showing, solid if not spectacular. Titanfall actually looked the most interesting. As predicted though, it's a pricey bit of kit. £429 over here is more than the PS3.

There is far too much baggage to warrant dropping that kind of money for me. Think the PS3 might be a shade cheaper too.

MGS was nice for sure, Witcher 3 as well.

Titan Fall however is coming to PC so its technically not a exclusive if you have a PC that can run it.

There is something wrong when the highlight of this E3 event for me for MS is that you get 2 free games per month, if you are a GOLD subscriber... like PSN+ offers.

Bloggers seemed to really like what was shown of TitanFall. That might be my 2nd Highlight.

BF4 is multiplatform, nothing there to keep me from jumping.

Sony what will be your retail price?

I thought it was amazing conference concerning it was Microsoft. I was expecting more Kinect2. But they did concentrate on games which was nice to see. 499 is too much of what you get in terms of specs. But I knew with Kinect2 100$ would be added for sure. Hope Sony does not include PS eye toy with every PS4.

Witcher 3 I thought looked most impressive from the show. None of the games gfx impressed me much. I guess stream was poor quality that is why ? Also I find it weird Halo, TintanFall too I think are 60fps ? Only reason I think they knew they were not going to match KZ:SF so they din't even bother.

BF4 at 60fps was surprising too.

No, I called the BOM costs at $300, never quoted a price. Ace and I had a little back and forth about the price while we speculated about what we thought it was worth given the tech that's in the box.

TBF it did look pretty good even if it was a cutscene, not enough for me to consider buying Xbones tho.

Obviously you were watching it. From a Live Blogging perspective, it definitely lost something. Esepcially the price reveal.
Other than that, I'd call it average to expected. I'll have to actually watch the conference later tonight to form a better well informed opinion.

At this point, I'm sure I'll own both a PS4 and Xbox One, when is another question.

It's an Xbone exclusive from Remedy. Was loved long before seeing gameplay.

This. Although that's not the toughest benchmark to break :D

I wouldn't say there was anything too ground breaking or Earth shattering on display, but they have some nice exclusives lined up, and it's looking like a solid launch line-up.

Too bad about everything else.
