TitanFall is one of my most anticipated games but seeing stuff like this... is annoying. You need to play more online games if you think there's no "fun and unpredictability" in online gaming.

It didn't need to be "brought back."

This isn't really a specific complaint about you or anything but I fully expect people to hype this and then drop it like a brick the week after it comes out. Like every other online game.

The Killer Instinct hype feels the same way to me.
This game just really pips my interest and i'm now really looking forward to it, will i put in a 1000 + hrs into it, Hell no! ...
i just don't have the time for that anymore, but as long i get a blast from it everytime i jump in, i'm good.

Last time i checked the game wasent called Mech Warrior. Thats why the infantry also has jetbacks and mobility so thats also fun to use, the devs arent forcing you to jump into a Titan as soon as possible, options for you to choose how you want to play it.

My big worry with titan fall atm is the rocket launcher weapons everyone seems to carry all the time. Do they only work on the mechs (like the stinger missile in battlefield), or are we gonna end up with a game where no one shoots with the guns, but instead shoots each other with barages of missiles? Basically an "as standard" noobtube? Maybe a dev has stated how those heavy weapons work?

I am guessing its a traditional way, aim to lock on to mechs or or just shoot quick through aim or hipfiring the missiles.
Some RPGs in FPS wont fire at all unless you lock on to vehicles like tanks or helicopters, so who knows.

Late to edit, but i check the video again, there is a weapon called Anti-Titan on d-pad which is a lock-on RPG so i guess its a restricted weapon. But then there is the normal rapid multi missile weapon which acts like a normal weapon like secondary which i am guessing will be the noobtube of the game.

I don't think rockets are a big deal when bullets kill you in an instant anyway.

See, that's the problem. I do not like MS more than I like Sony or the specific consoles. I just hate it when people have to justify their choice by downplaying the other system, this is absolutely childish and not worthy of this great site. Seems to make them feel better, because they can/want only afford one system and thus have to hate the other.

I am into the games, not the consoles.
I completely disagree with you. All the shit Microsoft is getting is fair. Many people already saw this coming and what Microsoft is been doing for almost a decade for gaming. IMHO xbox was by far their best console, games since then they are going down hill. People have different preferences though

It is free only with preorders which makes sense, it is an incentive to get people to adopt the console early. It's a smart move for Europe, Fifa is huge here.
